Flamingo Rewards ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Flamingo Rewards mobile application and web portal. This page explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data when you use our Service. We collect only what is necessary and never sell your information.
Information We Collect
- Account Information — Your name, email address, and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
- Activity Data — In-app engagement history, streak data, Flam Points progression, and completed challenges.
- Device Information — Device type, operating system version, and notification token for push alerts.
- We do NOT collect payment details, location data, or access to your contacts or camera.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate and personalise the Flamingo Rewards experience for you.
- To track your in-app progress such as streaks, Flam Points, and completed challenges.
- To send push notifications about reminders, challenge updates, and earned rewards.
- To allow administrators to process and deliver earned rewards and benefits.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent or automated activity that violates our Terms of Service.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in. Access to user data is strictly restricted to authenticated users and authorised administrators through Firestore Security Rules.
Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any third party. Data is shared only with the following trusted service providers strictly to operate the app:

Push Notifications
We may send notifications for challenge reminders, activity updates, and reward alerts. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings without affecting your account or data.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 10. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Flamingo Rewards is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt action to delete that information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
